![]() So I guess that I either have to scroll the MSM Save Editor or go through all drivers/race mechanics within the game. The longer version is "But you can to a json file".Įven though I'm pretty known of JSON, isn't that an option for me, because it would take alot of time to work through. All the information about them is already revealed. I don't use mods so I can't speak to what they might change, but you don't NEED to scout those in the standard game. > "There is neither any way to scout race mechanics nor lead designers. This does all the hard work of interpreting the data file for you and shows you pretty much all of the stats that you're looking for. That being the case, this other option may be better for you the MSM file editor: You CAN find data in there if you put enough time into exploring where it is, but it is neither easy nor fun. I'm not the first to make this observation admittedly it could be that the extractor itself is incorrectly generating the JSON files, but I don't think that's it. Rather than having clearly defined object structures, they just whack stuff on at the end. Obviously it works, or the game wouldn't be able to load its save files, but the "organisation" of the data, and I use the term loosely, is one of the most bizarre structures I've ever seen. The MSM JSON, however, is like someone took all the data that they wanted to save, dumped it into a bucket, and threw it at the file. JSON is normally used to store data in organised hierarchies. If you DO know JSON, your head may explode. The truth is that if you don't know JSON, you're stuffed. The longer version is "But you can to a json file".
